Enjoy a Pan-Pacific inspired menu in the heart of Colchester town centre. Designed around the geographic and culinary fusions of the western shores of North and South America, the Polynesian islands and the shared kinship with eastern Asia and Australia. The result is a melee of fresh, colourful and complex dishes ideal for small plate sharing or simply to devour alone, for the ultimate vibrant dining experience.
