HOW TO GET INTO COLCHESTER
Getting to Colchester town centre is easy! You can walk, use the bus or the Park and Ride, use our car parks or cycle. Here is a map of Colchester town centre to help you find your way around!

Colchester town centre is quite compact and, distance-wise, most central locations are easily reached on foot. We are situated on a hill though, so there are some slopes, including on the south side, to/from the nearby Colchester Town railway station and the Osborne St bus/coach station. The lift at Vineyard St car park can provide a useful go-between.
If you are interested in walking for leisure, or in longer walking routes from the outskirts of town into the centre, you might enjoy the Colchester Orbital.
