Now more than ever, it’s so impor­tant to take some time to look after our­selves and prac­tice good self-care. There are so many ways to do this: read­ing a good book, lis­ten­ing to your favourite music, med­i­ta­tion, or our favourite.… a good old fash­ioned pam­per session.

I often sit and think about the mechan­ics of ​‘shop­ping local’ and it’s true mean­ing. To many, this is about shop­ping with your vil­lage butch­er or the restau­rants you have been going to for years.
