Claire supports the delivery of projects, collaborations and provides administrative support across Colchester BID, helping to ensure initiatives run smoothly and efficiently. She works closely with the team, businesses, and partners to support a wide range of city centre activities.

Business Liaison Officer
Elche is the Business Liaison Officer at Colchester BID, supporting over 400 city centre businesses. With a degree in Law and Human Rights and fluent in three languages, she is passionate about building strong relationships and developing projects that create positive social impact for businesses and the wider community.
Fun fact: Boudica, her faithful dog, is never far from her side.
Jarred Rolfe
BID Ambassador
Jarred is a Business Liaison Ambassador at Colchester BID, working closely with businesses to support BID projects and make the most of BID services, including the app. He also helps identify and report issues such as anti-social behaviour and environmental concerns, helping to create a safer and more welcoming city centre.
Fun fact: When he’s not at work, Jarred can be found on the golf course or coaching football.
