Cuckoo dough is a new, exciting edition to Colchester’s food and drinks scene.
Located in the centre of the old town, on the buzzing short Wyre street, we will be serving delicious brunch, wood-fired pizzas and a selection of thirst-quenching cocktails. Our interior design is inspired by the great outdoors and offers a quirky, yet relaxing space to socialize and unwind. We also have our very own roof terrace; where on a sunny day you can relax and enjoy a pizza and a drink or two within a nature inspired setting.
