One Day Workshop for adults

Shakespeare's story is a bittersweet tale of fools and madmen; brawling drunkards and scheming wenches; of love lost and found, music and melancholy, laughter and revenge. Written just before Hamlet, it shows us everything about the scope and generosity of Shakespeare's creative powers and the quality of his achievements. So come and join us for a day in Illyria, where girls become boys, men dress in yellow stockings and nothing that is so, is so

This workshop does not require any prior knowledge of the play or any previous acting experience. It will be led by Annie Eddington, formerly of University of Essex who is an experienced and enthusiastic facilitator. Annie has worked extensively on re-imagining Shakespeare in schools and with adults, including the Shakespeare Takeover at Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds. She is a popular facilitator with Act V @ The Headgate.

Bring your own lunch - drinks will be provided.
